→ Please come for the Checkup in between 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM.
→ Inform the Team of your Medical History, Liver Problem, Kidney Problem, Pregnancy / Suspected Pregnancy ( if any), prior to the Health Checkup.
→ Please carry all your past Medical Records, if any.
→ Please call us to 040 – 4940 4940 and Confirm the Patient Name, Age, and Mobile number to us before coming, So we can make necessary arrangements.
→ Please bring your payment printed copy / show your payment order ID number at reception during the time of your visit.
→ Mamo Sonography will not be available at MaxCure Hospitals – Secretariat Branch
→ Only Tuesday and Wednesday Gastro Checkup will be done
→ You will receive an email from MaxCure Hospitals about your order status.
→ You will receive a Confirmation Call / Welcome Call from our Patient Representative Officer.
→ Our representative will give you a date & time of health checkup as per your preference (depending upon the availability at our Network Hospital).

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellation is allowed. You have to inform prior to your fixed appointment date. It will be processed based on the follow-up discussion with the purchaser and refund will be made through Payumoney in 5-7 business working days.
