HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER AT Maxcurehospitals.com?
We support the following payment options:

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PAYMENT FAILS?
It’s rare for that to happen, but if it does, make sure your Internet connection is working fine. Once that has been checked, wait for a few minutes and try making the payment again. Ensure all the card-related details you’ve entered are correct, along with any secure code passwords you may use. Make sure your credit/debit card is valid. If the payment still doesn’t go through, you can opt for the COD method.
In case an order hasn’t gone through and yet the payment has been deducted from your account, don’t worry it would be refunded in 3 to 7 working days.
I AM BEING CHARGED A TAX (VAT) AMOUNT ON MY ORDER. WHAT IS IT?
Value Added Tax (VAT) is a consumption tax levied on consumers at the point of final sale.
HOW DO YOU CALCULATE THE VAT AMOUNT ON maxcurehospitals.COM ORDERS?
We charge 5% VAT on ready-made garments such as Kurtis, Bottoms etc.
IS THE VAT AMOUNT REFUNDED IN CASE OF ITEM RETURNS?
Yes. The entire order amount, including the VAT charges, will be refunded to your mail address in the form of a coupon when you return an item or will be deposited in your bank account as you wish so.
IF I CANCEL MY ORDER, WILL THE VAT AMOUNT CHARGED BE REFUNDED?
Yes. When an order doesn’t go through, is cancelled, or simply returned, the shopper receives the entire paid amount back in their Bank Account through which the payment has been done.
MAXCURE HOSPITALS’S 5-DAY RETURNS POLICY
You have the option of returning items purchased on maxcurehospitals.com within 5 days of receipt. Items that are defective or damaged or are of the wrong size can be exchanged free of cost, though this would depend on the availability of the item in our stock.
We only accept items that are unused and in their original condition. Don’t remove the tags and do not throw away the packaging, as items to be returned and exchanged will have to be done so in their original packing.
For free gifts shipped along with any purchased items, we will not initiate a refund unless we receive the entire order back, including the free items.
In case you decide to ship your returns yourself, choose a reliable courier service so as to avoid any damage to the item(s) in transit.

The returned items received by us will be subject to a quality check. If we are satisfied with the condition of the product, we will credit the amount to your bank account. For that, get in touch with our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:

- Bank Name
- Account Holder Name
- Bank Account Number
- Branch Address
- IFSC Code
If we are not satisfied with the condition of the items returned, we will return them to you.
To fulfill an exchange request, our pick-up service arranges for a representative to collect the item from your delivery address, while delivering the new item requested. Only size exchanges are possible; if you want another product entirely, you will have to cancel the current order and place a separate one for it.
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT TO maxcurehospitals.com?
Email us at email@example.com to return a product. Do mention your Order ID along with a valid reason and your contact details. After verifying the genuinity of the problem, an acceptance mail would be sent to you which contains the address to which the parcel has to be re-sent. Please do understand that the courier fees has to born by the customer for returns.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ME TO RECEIVE THE REFUND FOR MY RETURN?
We begin the refund process soon as we receive the returned items and have established that they are to our satisfaction. Processing the refund will take 2 days.
